Payment Terms
Payments must be made in full before manuscript processing begins. We accept UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, and PayPal. For INR payments, please include the invoice / estimate number. USD payments are accepted via bank transfer or PayPal. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Refunds are processed only if the manuscript has not yet entered the editing or publishing workflow. Processing fees and any third-party charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be credited within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
